SPUDS Tunes

Please be sure to visit the official SPUDS website at http://www.thursdaycontra.com/~spuds. The most recent additions will always appear there before they appear here, both in ABC format and as png graphics. It is also a valuable source of links as well as the place to get your copy of Tuneadelphia: Original Tunes from SPUDS, a book of tunes written by SPUDS musicians.

This site contains 6 "binder pdfs" which contains all of the jigs, all of the reels and all of everything else (hambos, waltzes, schottisches, etc.) for both C and B-flat instruments. The pdf binders are searchable. E.g., if you search for "quern" you will find all tunes that contain Bill Quern's name. All short pieces were confined to half of an 8.5 x 11 page for convenience. Page margins are consistent throughout. Some SPUDS pieces that are available as melody and harmony in separate files have had a third file added here, which puts melody and harmony on separate staves on the same page.
